Park Lutheran Church, organized in 1900, is situated in rural Hawley near the Turtle Lake Area of Cormorant Township. Worship services are held every Sunday at 8 AM or 11 AM, alternating monthly with Gran Lutheran Church. Park's smaller and more intimate setting creates a casual and conversational style of worship service. For over 50 years, the Church has served our traditional meatball dinner on Saturdays at WMSTR (Western Minnesota Steam Thresher Reunion). This tradition helps fund our stewardship goals, which include The Caring Tree, Operation Christmas Child, and other local stewardship opportunities. Park Lutheran celebrates the Christmas season with an annual Christmas Eve Candlelight service, followed by cookies, coffee, and cider. At Park Lutheran Church, the coffee is always on, and everyone is welcome to join us for worship.
