Pastor Jim Greene was born in Fort Wayne, IN - the middle child of five kids. He graduated from Wartburg College and then Wartburg Seminary and was "drafted" to the Northern Minnesota District in 1985. He has served parishes in Gary & Hawley Minnesota before doing Chaplaincy work in the Fargo/Moorhead area. He served in the regular hospital and in the Drug & Alcohol + Psych units in St. Johns & St. Ansgars before return to a parish in Fargo, N.D. He then was Chaplain at another Drug & Alcohol treatment center before he took the call to the Rollag Parish in August of 2001.

Pastor Jim is married to Sue and they have three grown children and four grandchildren. Jim & Sue live in Moorhead, MN.
